Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
I currently offer wedding content creation through Love Documented, brand and business content creation, social media collaborations, UGC, event coverage, and select photography sessions.
Where are you based?
I'm based on O’ahu, Hawaiʻi and available for travel throughout Hawai’i, California, and beyond.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Travel is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Depending on the project, travel fees may apply, though they're occasionally reduced or waived for select destinations and partnerships.
How do I inquire about working together?
The best way is through the inquiry form on my website. You can also reach out directly at media@alohajizelle.com.
What types of brands do you work with?
I've partnered with hotels, restaurants, tourism organizations, events, wellness brands, retail businesses, and local small businesses. If your project aligns with my audience and style, I'd love to hear more!
Do you create UGC?
Yes! I offer user-generated content (UGC), including short-form videos, product demonstrations, lifestyle content, voiceovers, and social-first creative assets designed for brand use.
What equipment do you use?
Depending on the project, I capture content using iPhone, digital cameras, DJI Osmo Pocket, drone footage, film cameras, and Polaroid. Every project is unique, and I choose the tools that best fit the story being told.
Do you work with a team?
While many projects are captured personally by me, I also have a trusted network of photographers and content creators throughout Hawai’i and California. This allows me to accommodate multiple events, larger projects, and dates I'm unable to attend myself.
How long have you been creating content?
I've been creating content online since 2017 and working professionally with brands since 2021. What started as sharing local experiences throughout San Diego evolved into partnerships with businesses, destinations, and brands across the country. Feel read to read more about my story on the about page.
Are you a full-time content creator?
I'm actually both a content creator and a Registered Nurse. Balancing both careers has taught me organization, adaptability, and storytelling - skills I bring into every project and wedding I document.
Can you recommend photographers, videographers, or other vendors?
Absolutely. Over the years, I've built relationships with many talented creatives and wedding professionals. I'm always happy to share recommendations when I can.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better - especially for weddings and destination projects. However, if your date is approaching, don't hesitate to reach out. Last-minute availability occasionally opens up :)
